1,3-双(2-(口恶)唑啉基)苯(MPBO)是一种含有2个(口恶)唑啉基团的线型扩链剂.采用双螺杆挤出机将废旧高抗冲聚苯乙烯(r-HIPS)与MPBO熔融共混制备扩链改性HIPS,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、力学性能、熔体流动速率、凝胶渗透色谱、扫描电子显微镜等测试方法,研究了MPBO对r-HIPS结构与性能的影响.结果表明,r-HIPS与MPBO发生了开环反应,MPBO能提高r-HIPS的相对分子质量,改善r-HIPS的力学性能.当MPBO用量为1.3 phr时,缺口冲击强度从2.66 kJ/m2提高到4.83 kJ/m2,当MPBO含量为1.15 phr时,拉伸强度从25.4MPa提高到27.8 MPa,断裂伸长率从26.66%提高到61.2%;随MPBO的增加,MFR先减小后增加;PB分散相和PS基体相相界面粘接力增加,分散相粒径变小,分布更加均匀.
