以甲氧基聚氧化乙烯单烯丙基醚和三甲氧基硅烷为原料进行硅氢加成反应,实验分别从反应时间、温度、催化剂用量、反应物物质的量比、甲氧基聚氧化乙烯单烯丙基醚分子量对甲氧基聚氧化乙烯单烯丙基醚的硅氢加成反应转化率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当甲氧基聚氧化乙烯单烯丙基醚与三甲氧基硅烷的物质的量比为1∶1.2,反应温度85℃,时间8 h,催化剂用量为反应物质量的35×10-6时,甲氧基聚氧化乙烯单烯丙基醚的平均分子量分别为320、560、760,其转化率分别达到了98.7%、95.2%、93.0%。运用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对甲氧基聚氧化乙烯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的结构、组成和分子量进行了表征。

A methoxy-polyoxyethylene-propyl-trimethoxysilane was synthesized with methoxy-polyoxyethylene monopropyl ether and trimethoxysilane by hydrosilylation reaction.The influence of reaction time,reaction temperature,the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of reactants and the molecular weight of methoxy-polyoxyethylene monopropyl ether on the conversion ratio of methoxy-polyoxyethylene monopropyl ether were discussed.The results indicate that the conversion yield of methoxy-polyoxyethylene monopropyl ether that their molecular weights are 320,560,760 is 98.7%、95.2% and 93.0% respectively under the molar ratio of methoxy-polyoxyethylene monopropyl ether to trimethoxy silane is 1∶1.2,reaction temperature is 85 ℃,reaction time is 8h and the amount of catalyst is 35×10-6.The structure and composition and molecular weight of the methoxy-polyoxyethylene-propyl-trimethoxysilane were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).
