连续微波辐射条件下,以工业L-乳酸为原料,直接熔融缩聚合成聚L-乳酸(PLLA).考察了脱水真空度,预聚合温度、聚合恒温时间和催化剂种类对实验的影响.得到最佳操作条件为:以复合二元催化剂SnCl2/TSA=1:1(SnCl2的质量分数为0.45%)为催化剂,0.080 MPa脱水15 min,0.090 MPa预聚合30 min,体系升温至230℃后恒温20 min,可获得黏均分子量((M-)η)高达6.02×10 4 g/mol的PLLA.
