随着深部中段的探矿工程实施揭露,山东玲珑金矿面临着资源储量大幅减少,矿石品位明显下降的趋势。通过资源评估和成本对比分析,找出了一条切实可行的创新路子:在加大低品位矿石利用的同时,成立了高品位残采回收队伍,利用民采队伍的人力和残采的技能,为玲珑金矿开采高品位矿石,不仅提高了黄金产量,还降低了风险和成本,效益显著,对周边矿山影响深远,值得向全国矿山范围推广。

With the implementation of exploration engineering in the deep zone of the middle area, the Linglong gold mine faces risk of resource reserves and ore grade decreasing sharply. Through the comparative analysis of resources assessment and cost, new useful ways to solve the problem are presented. Make full use of the low grade ore, and set up a residual high grade residual ore recovering team with experience and skill of private mining to exploit more high grade ore. In practical applications, the scheme improved the output of gold, reduced the risk and cost, then obtained remarkable economic effects. So it can provide reference for other gold mines in China.
