区域阴极保护系统的电绝缘措施不完整,是导致阴极保护电流大量流失,被保护管道干扰屏蔽严重,区域阴极保护系统设计复杂的根本原因.本文在区域阴极保护系统漏电分析的基础上,研究了2种设备的混凝土基础电绝缘方案和3种设备接地隔离阴极保护电流方案,有效地解决了厂、站低漏电区域阴极保护设计问题.实践经验表明,低漏电区域阴极保护技术能满足工程设计、施工及运行管理需要.

For regional cathodic protection (CP),failure of electrical isolation is the main cause of CP current drain and consequent stray current shielding,which makes the design for regional CP system complex.Based on leakage analysis of regional CP system,two kinds of isolation solution of concrete foundation,and three types of CP current isolation solution of equipment grounding were studied.Thus,the design related problems of low leakage of CP current in oil and gas stations are solved successfully.
