应用电化学方法评价了在饱和CO_2模拟盐水中对咪唑啉季铵盐和烷基磷酸酯抑制A3碳钢腐蚀的效果,并考察了二者复配使用时的协同效应.结果表明,当二者比例为1:1时,缓蚀率比单独使用时提高了20%以上.咪唑啉季铵盐主要抑制由于阴极反应引起的腐蚀,烷基磷酸酯主要抑制阳极反应引起的腐蚀,复配使用可同时抑制阴、阳极反应引起的腐蚀,缓蚀效果更好.
The inhibition effect of imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt and alkyl-phosphate ester re-speetively and the synergism of the two chemicals on corrosion of carbon steel A3 in a CO_2-saturated arti-ficial brine were investigated by electrochemical method.The results indicated that a appreciable positive synergistic effect could be seen when imidazoline quatemary-ammonium-salt and alkyl-phosphate ester were used together with a proportion of 1:1.In comparison with any individual inhibitor of the two,the corrosion inhibition efficiency for carbon steel A3 could be increased bv 20% due to the combination use of them.Imidazoline quatemary-ammonium-salt could mainly inhibit the corrosion caused by cathode reac-tion,while alkyl-phosphate ester could mainly inhibit the corrosion caused by anode reaction.The two cor-msion processes induced by cathode and anode reactions could be effectively inhibited by the combination use of imidazoline quaternary.ammonium-salt and alkyl-phosphate ester.
