使用丁二酸、丁二醇和聚乙二醇为原料,通过一步投料法进行熔融缩聚,制备了一系列聚丁二酸丁二醇酯-聚乙二醇(PBS-PEG)聚酯共聚物。采用核磁共振(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、偏光显微镜(PLM)和接触角分析仪等表征手段对共聚物的结构和性能进行研究。研究结果发现,聚酯共聚物中,随着PEG链段含量的增加,共聚物的衍射峰强度逐渐降低;同时,随PEG含量增加,共聚物亲水性明显改善;此外,PBS-PEG聚酯共聚物在80℃等温结晶过程中可形成环带球晶形态。

ABSTRACT: Novel polybutylene succinate-poly(ethylene glycol) (PBS-PEG) copolymers based on 1,4-succinic acid, 1,4-butanediol and polyethylene glycols were synthesized by the thermal polycondensation method. The structures and molecular weight of PBS-PEG copolymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (tH-NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), polarizing microscope (PLM) and contact angle analyses. It was suggested that the copolyester has the same monoclinic crystal structure with PBS homopolymer. The water contact angles of copolymers decrease from 65° to 35° and hydrophilicity increases through increasing the content of PEG in feed. Furthermore the ring-banded spherulites morphology of PBS-PEG copolymers wass observed.
