采用改进Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯,经旋涂制备氧化石墨烯/聚偏氟乙烯复合涂层.利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)表征氧化石墨烯;测定了复合涂层的机械性能,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察断口形貌;同时测试了复合涂层的防腐性能.结果表明,氧化石墨烯片层为单层且含有大量含氧官能团;复合涂层的机械性能和防腐性能都随氧化石墨烯含量的增加呈现先增后减的趋势.当氧化石墨烯含量为0.5%时,复合涂层的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值(分别为83.63 MPa和389%),分别比纯聚偏氟乙烯膜高25%和31%;同时复合涂层的防腐性能最佳,比纯聚偏氟乙烯涂层的阻抗模值高1.4个数量级.
