介绍了质子交换膜电导率测试的方法,并分析了实际的实验数据与结果。探讨了电极材料、湿度、频率范围、扰动电压、测试温度对测试结果的影响。重点讨论了实验条件、电极处理以及拟合方法等因素对质子交换膜电导率的影响。结果表明,电极材料的选择对测试结果的影响最大,其次为阻抗频率。采用简单的铜渡铂两电极的测试装置,阻抗频率范围为(1~8×10^6)Hz,扰动电压为10mV时,得到的交流阻抗图谱为标准的固体电解质阻抗图谱。说明降低膜样与电极的接介电阻和空气电阻是提高测量的线性度和精度主要因素。
The methodology of proton exchange membrane(PEM) conductivity measurements were discussed by using examples of experimental data and results of the experiments. It was focused on the influence of the elect rode materials, humidity, frequency range, disturbance voltage, testing temperature on the measurement results, h was found that using Cu cross Pt electrode, and the impedance frequency range of ( 1 - 8 × 10^6) Hz, the disturbance voltage of 10 mV show smallest stray effects in the resulting impedance spectra. Key factors to improve the linearity and precision of measurement are to reduce the membrane and electrodes connected mediated resistance and air resistance.
