研究了两种不同成分的半高速钢轧辊材料在600 ℃时碳化物的氧化行为。对两种半高速钢的金相组织、氧化试样的表面形貌进行了研究,结果表明:半高速钢中富铌的MC型碳化物抗氧化性能最差,氧化产物不但凸出基体表面,而且每个氧化区域均有裂纹产生;富钼的M2C型碳化物具有较好的抗氧化性能,但由于在与基体交错相间生长,其表面容易被基体表面横向生长的氧化产物所覆盖;富铬的M7C3型碳化物具有最佳的抗氧化性能。
The oxidation behavior of carbides in two semi high speed steels for rough rolling rolls were studied at 600 ℃.Based on the study of microstructure and morphology of oxidized surfaces, it was proved,that the oxidation resistance of the Nbrich MC is the worst, the oxidation products extrude the surface, and the cracks are observed on the carbides; the Morich M2C carbides have better oxidation resistance, but these carbides are easier to be covered by the neighboring oxidation products due to the M2C carbides often mix with the matrix; the Crrich M7C3 carbides have the best oxidation resistance.
