介绍了制备高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7-x单晶的主要方法,分析了在制备过程中存在的问题,指出液相的性质是影响生长速率的重要因素.在此基础上,着重探讨了通过控制氧压和元素替代等方法来改变液相的性质,从而达到提高YBCO单晶生长速率的目的.
