高级检索

采用热失重分析、凝胶含量和力学性能的测定、动态流变等方法研究了不同增容工艺对聚苯乙烯(PS)/乙丙三元橡胶(EPDM)大分子间Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应的影响.结果表明,与直接增容共混物相比,预混增容共混物中含有较多的接枝共聚物和较低的凝胶含量,其力学性能得到提高,拉伸强度从18.3MPa提高至20.3MPa,断裂伸长率从5.6%提高至21.6%;热重分析显示,其最大分解速率温度提高10℃;动态流变行为显示,在低频率(ω)区域,预混增容共混物的储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G″)、复数黏度(η*)低于直接增容共混物,损耗正切(tanδ)高于直接增容共混物;扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,其分散相均匀细小,韧性断裂特征明显.
