本文对布氏硬度试验中影响检测结果的因数进行了讨论，对NIL PT－0169 金属布氏硬度（HBW5/750）国际比对试验中出现的问题进行了分析和判定，最终顺利地完成了本次硬度国际比对试验，并取得了满意的试验结果。
Factors affecting the test results in the Brinell hardness test were discussed in this paper. The problems that appeared in the NIL PT－0169 international contrast test of Brinell hardness of gauge of HBW5/750 were analyzed and determined. Finally the test was finished successfully with satisfactory results.
