目前有关Ni-Zn-P三元化学镀的研究还不系统.研究了镀液初始pH值及施镀温度对化学镀Ni-Zn-P三元合金施镀效果的影响,探明了镀速、镀层硬度及其耐蚀性以及镀层Ni,Zn,P含量的变化规律,并对典型试样进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析和耐酸、碱、盐腐蚀性能测试.结果表明:镀层表面平整、均匀、结构致密,胞状/球状及条带状微观形貌特征鲜明;镀层主要由非晶、微晶或其混合相组成,其中Zn,P原子固溶于面心立方Ni晶格中;镀层耐盐、耐碱腐蚀能力较强.
