采用工业化生产的0.25wt% Si无取向硅钢,研究了C、S、O、N、Nb、V、Ti杂质元素对硅钢成品中夹杂物成分、形貌、数量和尺寸的影响.结果表明,成品钢中的夹杂物主要有长片状和三角块的氧化物,如SiO2、Al2 O3或者二者的复合;条带状、棒状的MnS、AlN、CuxS或者其二、其三的复合.尺寸分布在0.1 ~10 μm.当杂质元素总量从83 μg/g升高到105 μg/g时,尺寸小于0.2 μm的MnS、CuxS单位体积数量明显增多,从1.68×107/mm3增加到2.66×107/mm3.
