电厂锅炉水冷壁下联箱不锈钢定排管发生开裂并泄漏,泄漏点位于距离焊缝15 mm 的母材处。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析以及应力分布的有限元分析等对开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,安装应力以及介质中的氯离子协同作用,诱发了不锈钢定排管的应力腐蚀开裂,最终导致泄漏。

Leakage happened at the base-metal about 15mm away from weld-joint of a water cooling wall stainless steel exhaust tube in a power plant.The failure reason was analyzed by OM,SEM,EDS and FEA methods.The results showed that the failure of the stainless steel exhaust tube was due to stress corrosion cracking (SCC)caused by the combined action of Cl- and assemble stress.
