目前,对酸性介质中具有荧光监测功能缓蚀剂的研究鲜见报道.采用罗丹明B与水合肼反应制备了罗丹明酰肼(RHBH)化合物,通过失重法、电化学阻抗法、动电位极化法研究了RHBH在0.5 mol/L HC1溶液中对20钢的缓蚀作用,采用荧光分析法考查了RHBH对0.5 mol/L HC1溶液中Fe3+的荧光检测效果.结果表明:RHBH对20钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,在其表面的吸附满足Langmuir校正吸附模型;RHBH为混合抑制型缓蚀剂;RHBH对Fe3+具有很好的荧光识别作用,可以用于酸洗过程中腐蚀的实时监测.
