模拟高炉中锌的还原及其蒸气在炉料吸附的过程,对入炉烧结矿、球团矿做了锌吸附及低温还原粉化的试验.试验结果表明:烧结矿和球团矿的吸附锌量随着温度的增加而提高,随着粒度的增大而减少;随着锌吸附量的增加,烧结矿和球团矿的低温还原粉化指标下降,这会影响到高炉的透气性,生产中应对入炉原料的锌含量做严格控制.
In this paper, in order to simulate the reduction of zinc in the blast furnace and its vapor absorption process on the charge, experiments of zinc absorption and low temperature reduction degradationon of sinter and pel-let were conducted. The results show that: zinc adsorption of sinter and pellet may increase as the temperature in-crease, decrease with the increase in particle size; the low temperature reduction degradation of sinter and pellet re-duce with the increase in zinc adsorption, the index of blast furnace permeability will be affected. The zinc content of raw materials must be strictly controlled.
