以电熔镁砂和高纯尖晶石作为主体原料,研究氧化铝、氧化铬两种添加剂对方镁石-尖晶石材料抗钢水侵蚀性的影响。首先针对原料性质对试样进行高压成形、高温烧成处理,烧后试样利用感应炉炼钢机理进行抗钢水侵蚀性试验。利用反光显微镜对侵蚀后试样进行显微观察,结果发现:加入Al2O3与Cr2O3有利于方镁石-尖晶石材料基质中镁铝尖晶石和镁铬尖晶石的合成,但不利于提高方镁石一尖晶石材料的抗钢水侵蚀性。通过热力学分析,Al2O3、Cr2O3、镁铬尖晶石和镁铝尖晶石在钢水中平衡氧含量高,溶解度较大。Cr2O3和镁铬尖晶石较Al2O3和镁铝尖晶石在钢水中的平衡氧含量大,更容易在钢水中分解。
Using fused magnesia and spine as main material, effect of Al2O3, Cr2O3 on steel resistance of magnesiaspine refractory was investigated. The samples, which were shaped in heavy pressure and roasted at the high tern perature based on raw material feature, were tested their steel resistance using steelmaking mechanics in the induc tion furnace. The microstructures of corrosion samples were observed using reflected light microscopy. The results show that addition of Al2O3, Cr2O3 are benefit to formation of magnesium-alumina spinel, magnesia-chrome spinel, but not benefit to steel resistance of magnesia spine refractory. Througn thermodynamics analysis, Al2O3, Cr2O3, magnesium-alumina spinel and magnesia-chrome spinel have higher equilibrium content of oxygen and higher dissolvability in the molten steel. Cr2O3 and magnesium-chrome spinel have higher equilibrium content of oxygen than Al2O3 and magnesium-alumina spinel, and are easily dissolved into the molten steel.
