风蚀损伤是民用飞机迎风面复合材料构件前缘常见的损伤之一。对风蚀损伤进行分析,试图找出引起风蚀损伤的原因及风蚀损伤对材料的影响;通过对广州飞机维修工程有限公司近年10架次民用飞机的维修资料进行整理归纳,得到飞机复合材料构件风蚀损伤常发生的部位;对风蚀损伤部位的修理进行了介绍,并提出了一些飞机复合材料构件风蚀损伤的预防措施。

Wind erosion is a common damage which is often found on the leading edges of external composite material components of civilian aircraft. This paper discusses how to discover the wind erosion of aircraft components in time and how to take appropriate measures to repair and prevent damage. By summarizing civilian aircraft maintenance data in the recent years from Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. , the aircraft components most susceptible to wind erosion are summarized and repair methods and prevention mechanisms are proposed. The results can serve as a reference and a guide to civilian aircraft flight maintenance, repair and routine inspections.
