使用有限元法对大变形率的环件径向轧制过程的金属变形进行研究,分析了环件轧制过程中内外径的变化规律、累积等效变形、径向流线分布规律及进给速度对其影响.研究发现内外层金属的累积等效变形相对大小取决于变形程度、坯料原始尺寸及芯辊进给速度;同样尺寸的坯料和成品,芯辊进给速度越大,内层的累积等效变形越大;轧制结束后径向流线呈斜"W"形分布,进给速度越大,径向流线扭曲比越大.还给出了简单实用的环件尺寸计算方法.
