对济钢中薄板坯连铸机增加浸入式水VI壁厚频繁造成粘结的原因行了分析,主要原因是由于流场的不同分布,在水口周围形成死区,影响了传热,并通过数模进行了验证,提出了改进方案。
The reason for the frequent stick by the increase of SEN wall-thickness in Jigang medium thick slab caster was analyzed. It is because of the flow field in the different distributions and dead zones around SEN which affect the heat transfer. And it was analyzed by numerical simulation and the program was proposed.
