利用红外光谱(FT-IR)法研究了端丙烯酸酯基超支化聚酯(VHBP)/聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)体系紫外光固化反应,并研究了不同代数及含量VHBP对涂层性能的影响.结果表明,纯PUA达到最终双键转化率所需的时间最短,VHBP代数和含量高的体系时间较长.在PUA中加入VHBP后涂层硬度大幅提高,具有良好的综合性能,优于传统的PUA/环氧丙烯酸酯体系.随着VHBP含量的增加,涂层的硬度逐渐增大,耐冲击性和附着力有所降低.在相同VHBP含量时,硬度随代数的增加而逐渐降低.
The UV curing reaction of acrylate terminated hyperbranched polyester(VHBP)/polyurethane acrylate curing systems was researched by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR). The affection of content and generation of VHBP on performance of coatings was investigated. The results show that the time of reaching the final double bond conversion of pure polyurethane acrylate(PUA) system is less than others, that of the high content and generation of VHBP systems are more. The hardness of the coatings is increased greatly after adding VHBP to PUA systems. The performance of VHBP systems is better than the traditional PUA/epoxy acrylate(EA) system. With the increase of the content of VHBP, the hardness of coatings increase and the impact resistance and adhesion decrease. When the content of VHBP is the same, the hardness is decreased with the generation of VHBP increasing.
