本文详细阐述了稀土硫酸氧化物合成技术的最新研究进展.主要介绍了国内外制备稀土硫酸氧化物的常用方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了评述.结合本课题组近年来在合成稀土硫酸氧化物方面的工作,着重介绍了沉淀剂对化学沉淀法和水热法合成产物形貌的影响.最后展望了该类材料合成技术的发展趋势和亟待解决的问题.
