根据哑铃状纤维增强复合材料的受力分析、研究了脆性基体弱结合界面的情况。结果表明,端头粗化的钢短纤维增强混凝土材料,其抗弯强度较平直纤维可提高20%.端部纤维粗化所造成的应力分布均匀及纤维拔出阻力增加是提高材料强度的主要原因.
According to the stress analysis of dumbbell fibre-reinforced composite, the weakly bonded interfaces in the composite materials with brittle matrix were investigated. It is shown that the bending strength of concrete reinforced by fibres with enlarged-ends is 20% higher than that by plain fibres. The well distributed stress and the increased pull-out resistance because of enlarged-ends are the important reasons. It means that this biomimetic model gives rise reinforcing effect not only to plastic matrix but also to brittle one.
