以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O、YCl_3的水溶液与NH_4OH共沉淀法生成的高度无定形水合氢氧化锆(钇)为前驱物,加入醋酸钙等矿化剂以水热法制备纳米ZrO_2(3Y) 粉体.采用XRD、TEM、BET等分析技术对合成纳米粉体的相组成,粒子大小和形貌进行了表征.结果表明:在醋酸钙矿化剂存在条件下,水热合成的ZrO_2(3Y) 纳米晶体无需高温煅烧即可得四方相结构ZrO_2,晶粒尺寸dTEM为5 nm,而且结晶完全、颗粒均匀、团聚很小.

ZrO_2(3Y) nano-powders were prepared by hydrothermal method with the precursor of amorphous zirconium (yttrium) hydrates obtained through co-deposition approach using ZrOCl_2·8H_2O, YCl_3 and NH_4OH as raw materials. XRD, TEM and BET were employed to study the effects of the addition of calcium acetate and other mineralizers on the grain size and phase compositions of the as-prepared ZrO_2(3Y) nano-powders. The results show that the as-synthesized ZrO_2(3Y) nano-powders with the addition of calcium acetate, are almost mono-dispersed and well-crystallized. Otherwise, the ZrO_2(3Y) nano-powders with the diameter of 5 nm are composed of tetragonal phase without any calcination.
