采用大功率电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)制备了厚度为0.1-10mm大尺寸薄板TiAl/Ti3Al叠层状复合材料.利用XRD和SEM对材料的组成相和微观结构进行了分析.实验结果表明:材料由a2-Ti3Al和γ-TiAl相组成,具有明显的层状结构,TiAl晶粒平均尺寸为1-2μm.通过真空热处理的方法考察了微叠层材料的在不同温度下保温3h后的结构演变,并研究了微叠层材料层状结构的退化机理.
