Thermal Stability and Aggregation Study of Fluorinated Alq3 Derivatives

本文考察了各种氟代三(8-羟基喹啉)铝(Alq3)衍生物的热稳定性,比较了真空蒸镀薄膜和固体粉末的形貌和结晶性,并研究了其聚集态性质.研究结果表明,氟取代使热分解温度有所下降,在薄膜状态下各种氟代Alq3衍生物呈无定型状态,而在粉末状态下则呈现多晶结构.
