利用炭黑与高密度聚乙烯复合制成了具有PTC功能的导电材料(HDPE-C),根据目前各种导电理论,提出“晶界”导电模型,并推导出了炭黑的填加量(L)、高聚物结晶体大小(α)、碳粒子半径(rc)、碳粒子间距(x)之间的关系.晶界导电模型与实验结果有较好的符合.
