为了提高多孔NiTi合金的力学、阻尼性能,采用熔渗法将镁(或AZ91D镁合金)渗入至多孔NiTi合金的孔隙中制备出了新型轻质高强Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi阻尼复合材料,并对复合材料的压缩性能和阻尼性能进行了研究.结果表明:采用此方法制备出的Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi复合材料的相变仍具有马氏体相变特征,并具有优良的循环压缩性能(超弹性应变可达2.3%),其首次抗压强度可达530 MPa,明显高于多孔NiTi合金(200~300MPa)的;引入的熔渗相所带来的多阻尼机制的叠加使此复合材料比多孔NiTi合金具有更佳的强度和阻尼综合性能.
