用水质分析和腐蚀产物的XRD、XPS、SEM分析等方法及密闭系统静态挂片实验,研究了加热炉腐蚀的主要原因和机理.结果表明,溶解氧是引起腐蚀主要因素.在此基础上,根据缓蚀机理研制了ZY-06缓蚀阻垢剂,具有很好的缓蚀、阻垢性能,能很好的抑制沉积物在金属表面的附着,同时具有很强的分散能力.
The main cause of corrosion case of heat exchange tubes for a heater of nature gas by hot water jacket was studied by means of water quality examination, scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis.The results demonstrated that the dissolved oxygen is the primary factor responsible for corrosion.Correspondingly a corrosion inhibitor ZY06 is proposed to control the corrosion of the tube.It is proved that the inhibitor shows not only fairy high efficiency simultaneously for inhibition both of corrosion and scaling of the tube.Furthermore,the inhibitor can inhibit the sediments adhering to the metal surface and shows strong dispersivity as well.
