针对φ12.5 mm SWRH82B热轧盘条拉拔笔尖状断口缺陷,采用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜进行了专题研究。结果显示：盘条心部存在网状渗碳体是导致笔尖状断口的主要原因,并提出消除该缺陷的措施与办法。
The penpoint fracture wire sample of SWRH82B steel was analyzed by SEM and microscope.The result showed that the main reason of wire broken in direct drawing was high network cementite in hot rolled rod.Furthermore,suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of wire rod.
