利用电化学方法,在不同温度下研究了2205双相不锈钢在卤水中腐蚀阴极反应的特性,结果表明,温度对氧在2205双相不锈钢表面的极限扩散电流密度影响显著,极限扩散电流密度随温度的升高先增大后减小,在76℃时达到最大值12.3μA/cm^2;高温下的高盐度卤水对处于阴极保护电位下的2205双相不锈钢仍具有破坏性。

Electrochemical methods were used to study the cathodic reaction characteristic of 2205 duplex stainless steel in brine at different temperatures. The results showed that temperature had an obvious effect on limiting current density which increased initially and decreased latter as the temperature raised, the maximum limiting current density of 12. 3μA/cm^2 was attained at temperature of 76℃. Brine of high salinity at high temperatures had the ability to attack 2205 duplex stainless steel with the potential below the Ecorr.
