对一种新型高铬铁素体钢在温度为650℃和110,120,130 MPa三种应力下的蠕变性能进行了研究,并对该钢蠕变前后的显微组织进行了对比分析.结果表明:该钢具有良好抗蠕变性能,在650℃下,随着载荷从110 MPa增加到130 MPa,其蠕变断裂时间从4 500 h降低到3 600 h,蠕变速率从7.7×10-10 s-1提高到1.1×10-9 s-1,其蠕变抗力在相同试验条件下优于T91、T92和T122钢的;该钢的板条马氏体在颈缩变形区完全消失;在均匀和颈缩区内的M23C6型碳化物都明显粗化,同时形成了新的Fe2(W,Mo)金属间化合物相.
