采用旋转圆柱体法研究了石灰在FetOSiO2CaOP2O55%MnO5%MgO(质量分数,余同)渣系的溶解动力学。结果表明:在1573~1653K温度范围内,石灰在熔渣中的扩散传质是石灰溶解的限制性环节,石灰溶解活化能为16032kJ/mol,1623K时石灰在渣中的传质系数为303×10-4~897×10-4cm/s。炉渣中磷含量的增加会显著降低石灰的溶解速度;随炉渣碱度的增加,石灰的溶解速度呈现先增加后降低的趋势。

The dissolution kinetics of solid lime was investigated by means of the rotating cylinder method in the FetOSiO2CaOP2O55%MnO5%MgO slag. The results indicate that the dissolution of CaO is controlled by the mass transport of CaO in liquid phase at 1573-1653K. The activation energy for the dissolution rate is 16032kJ/mol, and mass transport coefficient ranges are from 303×10-4 to 897×10-4 cm/s in the slag at 1623K. The dissolution rate significantly decreases with the increase in P2O5 content. As the basicity increases, the dissolution rate increase firstly and then decrease.
