利用开路电位和电化学阻抗谱研究09CuPCrNi-A 耐大气腐蚀钢和F500L-Z普钢在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为. 结果表明, 随着浸泡时间的延长, 试样的阻抗值先增大后减少, 1272 h后趋于稳定; Bode图中曲线向低频方向移动, 相位角曲线逐渐下降; 09CuPCrNi-A耐大气腐蚀钢的耐腐蚀性优于普钢, 表面锈层的生成和溶解是动态过程.
The corrosion behavior of a weathering steel 09CuPCrNi-A and a common steel F500L-Z in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated by open circuit potential and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) measurements. The results showed that the resistance of the steels increased first and then decreased with increasing soak time and tended to be steady after 1272 h. Bode charts indicated that the curves moved to low frequency and phase angle curves decreased gradually. Corrosion resistance of 09CuPCrNi-A was better than that of F500L-Z.
