采用激光熔覆定向凝固技术修复损伤定向凝固涡轮叶片,研究熔覆层在1000℃高温下的热震性能.自配粉末l和粉末2制备熔覆层进行对比.热震实验结果表明:粉末2熔覆层抗冷热冲击性能优于粉末1熔覆层;366次热震实验后,粉末1熔覆层组织开裂,基本剥离基体,熔覆层失效;404次热震实验后,粉末2熔覆层部分剥离基体,熔覆层内部分布着细小的裂纹,多数裂纹平行于结合带方向,熔覆层失效;熔覆层失效首先是由于熔覆层与基体结合带产生裂纹;熔覆层内部产生裂纹大多产生于层与层之间的过渡区域;为提高涂层抗冷热冲击性能,应减小熔覆层与基体的热膨胀系数差异,采用合适的工艺参数,减小层与层之间的横向应力,保证多层熔覆层之间的良好过渡.
