提出了一种改善镁合金板材织构与冲压性能的新方法,即单向多道次弯曲工艺.研究了该工艺对AZ31B镁合金板材织构以及成形性能的影响,分析了单向多道次弯曲前后各种状态板材的显微组织、力学性能以及杯凸值.结果表明,多道次弯曲改善了冷轧态AZ31B镁合金板材中不利于对后续塑性加工的(0002)基面织构,能够较好地改善AZ31B镁合金板材的力学性能和冲压性能.
