针对雷达阵地腐蚀维修的特点,利用正交试验方法进行了化学除锈液的研制。研制的除锈液可在常温下以刷涂或抹涂的方式快速除去钢基材重锈腐蚀产物。SEM-EDAX分析和性能测试表明,除锈液可在钢基材表面形成一层具有一定耐蚀性且可作为良好涂装底层的锌铁系磷化膜,除锈液与涂层有良好的相容性,完全满足雷达阵地腐蚀维修需求。

In view of the characters of radar corrosion maintenance at positions, a chemical rust removing solution was prepared by orthogonal tests. This solution can remove the corrosion products on severely corroded steel surface quickly by brush coating or smear technique at ambient temperature. SEM-EDAX analyses and performance tests showed that a zinc-ferric system phosphate coating with relative corrosion resisting property was presented after treatment by the solution, the solution had good compatibility with original coating. The phosphate coating can be used as a good bottom layer for painting. All of these properties meet well the requirements of radar corrosion maintenance at positions.
