采用高速摄影仪对自行制备的水力直径为0.5 mm的水平微通道内气液两相流动进行了可视化实验研究,获得异形截面微通道内气液两相流型图,并与文献中微通道内气液两相流型图进行了对比.结果表明:在实验工况下,异形截面微通道内发现了泡状流,弹状流及平行流,且由于表面张力和憎水通道壁面的作用使得平行流易发生于该微通道内.此外,异形截面的形状和壁面润湿性对微通道内的流型及流型转换影响较大.
