通过水摸实验研究,对六流T形连铸中间包内的控流装置进行了优化。通过实验选择了控流较好的多孔挡墙形状,优化了多孔挡墙的开孔方向;并且考察了不同形状的湍流抑制器对中间包内钢液的控流效果。
Optimization of flow control devices in six-strand tundish was actualized by water modeling study. The shape of the porous baffle wall was selected to obtain a preferable flow and the opening directions of porous baffle wall were optimized. In addition, the influence of the turbulence inhibitors with different shapes on flow was investigated.
