利用多弧离子镀技术在TiAl合金表面制备镀铝层,并进行720℃×4 h高温扩散处理.采用SEM、EDS和XRD分析了膜层的显微组织、化学成分及其相组成,测试了其显微硬度和耐磨性.结果表明:TiAl合金表面离子镀铝后,形成致密的纯铝层;经扩散处理后,膜层中纯铝相消失,形成了表面氧化层Al1O3和中间扩散层TiAl3,膜层硬度明显增加,显著提高了TiAl合金基材的抗高温摩擦磨损性能.
