通过往铁精矿中添加菱镁石和石灰石改变球团MgO含量和碱度(R)的试验研究,得到一种低碱度镁质球团矿,其具有机械强度高、还原性能好、还原膨胀低、软熔温度高的特点。提高球团MgO的质量分数到2.5%、碱度为0.2时,相比普通酸性球团矿,球团机械强度从3167 N/个提高到3517 N/个,球团还原度从70.52%提高到8080%,还原膨胀从13.3%下降到5.7%,软化开始和结束温度、熔滴温度分别提高了34、33、110 ℃。球团矿的还原性和软熔性能的改善,缩小了球团矿与高碱度烧结矿在冶金性能方面的差距。

Lowbasicity magnesian oxidized pellets were obtained by adding magnesite and limestone to increase the basicity and magnesia content of pellets. The pellets had high strength,good reducibitity, low reducing swell and high softmelt temperature.When the magnesia content was up to 2.5% and the basicity to 0.2, compared with common acid pellets,the strength of pellets increased from 3167 N/p to 3517 N/p and the reduction degree from 7052% to 80.80%, the reducing swell decreased from 13.3% to 5.7%,and the start soft temperature,the end soft temperature,the meltdropped temperature increased by 34 ℃,33 ℃,110 ℃ respectively.The excellent reducibility and softmelting of the pellets reduce the gap between pellts and highbasicity sinter.
