采用膨胀法建立SKS51钢的静态连续冷却转变曲线,并研究薄板坯连铸连轧流程轧后控制冷却工艺。试验结果表明:卷取温度是影响SKS51钢组织与性能的主要控制冷却工艺因素,合理的卷取温度(B1点)为590~610℃,组织主要由珠光体组成,不含贝氏体和网状渗碳体,强度和硬度适中,塑性好。

The static continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve) of SKS51 steel was established by the expansion method, and cooling control process of SKS51 steel was studied in thin slab casting and direct rolling process. The results show that: coiling temperature is the main factors of controlling the cooling process that affects microstructure and performance of SKSS1 steel. The reasonable coiling temperature of SKSS1 steel is 590 (Bs point)-610℃ so that microstructure is main pearlite, does not contain bainite and network cementite, and strength and hardness are moderate, plasticity is good.
