综述了用聚乳酸(PLA)类可生物降解型高分子材料制备载药微球或微囊的研究背景和现状.重点介绍了包括丙交酯的开环聚合、乳酸直接缩聚制备聚乳酸,丙交酯与乙醇酸开环共聚制备聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA),聚乙二醇单甲醚(mPEG)与丙交酯或乳酸开环共聚制备聚乳酸-聚乙二醇(PLA-PEG)嵌段共聚物等3种材料的制备方法;微球的制备方法及其释放机理.阐述了目前应用的主要问题,对发展前景进行了展望.
