GH907材料具有高强度、低热膨胀系数和良好的冷热疲劳性能,但在高温环境中长时间工作会产生严重的腐蚀。为使该种材料在航空、航天和船舶等高技术领域良好应用,设计开发了一种SKNC-65纳米自修复涂料对GH907材料进行防护腐蚀,并采用热振、盐雾、湿热和抗氧化试验验证其耐蚀性。结果表明,该涂层能够满足对试件基体的防护要求。
GH907 material has high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal fatigue performance,but when it works in high temperature environment for long time,serious corrosion will occur.To make this kind of material have good application to high-tech fields such as aviation,aerospace and shipbuilding,a kind of SKNC-65 nanometer self-healing coating was developed to control the corrosion of material GH907.The anti-corrosion performance of the coating was verified by thermal vibration,salt fog,humidity and antioxidant assessment tests,the results showed that the coating can meet the requirement of substrate protection.
