采用自蔓延高温合成-热处理工艺制备热电材料-FeSi2,用x射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析合成铁硅间化合物的相组成和微观结构形貌,研究了添加Mn、Cu元素对合成-FeSi2的影响.结果表明:只有经过热处理才能使α-Fe2Si5向β-FeSi2发生转变;添加适量的Mn、Cu可提高热处理产物中β相的产率,但是单独掺杂Mn或Cu并不能消除α相;同时掺入1.0%Mn和0.6%Cu时,β相峰值达到最高,α-Fe2Si5完全转变为β-FeSi2;热处理可在很大程度上细化自蔓延高温合成的晶粒.
