焊接快速成形耐磨金属零件的生产过程中,采用逐层铣削-堆积提高成形件的表面平整度非常困难.为此,提出了提高成形件表面平整度的方法以减少铣削加工量.通过三维激光扫描建立成形件表面平整度的评价方法.研究了焊道搭接率、余高和路径规划方式对成形件表面平整度的影响规律.结果表明:采用适当的搭接率,降低焊道余高,按照层层正交的路径成形,可以显著提高成形件的表面平整度;成形件表面平整度的提高与沉积层温度场的大小及分布均匀性有关.
