使用Cz提拉法生长了Nd3+∶NaGd(MoO4)2晶体,利用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICP-AES)测试了晶体中Nd3+的浓度为1.98×1020 cm3,计算了分凝系数为0.84.通过XRD测定了Nd3+∶NaGd(MoO4)2(x=0.01)的晶体的结构,计算晶胞参数及晶胞体积,并进行Rietveld精修.结果表明:Rietveld拟合分析结果具有很好的一致性,NaGd(MoO4)2为四方晶系,空间群同为I41/a(88),a=b=0.5243 nm,c=1.1480 nm,V=0.3145 nm3,z=4,ρcalc=5.260,具有MoO4四面体及GdO8多面体结构,Na和Gd原子位于各自的晶体学位置,Mo-O键长主要在0.1712(2) ~0.1856(3) nm之间变化,Gd-O键长主要在0.2328(3)~0.2513(4) nm之间变化.
