以碱土金属碳酸盐为基质,稀土Eu3+作为发光中心,通过微波辅助共沉淀法合成MCO3∶Eu3+(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)红色荧光粉.采用PL-PLE、XRD、SEM、IR和激光粒度仪对样品的发光性能、结构、形貌和粒度进行表征.结果表明,电荷迁移带(CTB)随着M2+半径的增加逐渐红移,在393nm激发下,样品SrCO3∶Eu3+在614 nm处的发光强度最大.Eu3+作为发光中心完全进入到基质MCO3的晶格中.CaCO3∶Eu3+呈类球形结构,团聚较严重;SrCO3∶ Eu3+呈表面光滑的类球形结构,分散性很好,没有团聚现象;BaCO3∶Eu3+呈微针状结构.
